We are high risk pregnancy experts!
We provide expert care for pregnant women with chronic health problems, those experiencing unexpected complications, and babies that need specialized monitoring before their delivery.
Our team is committed to ensuring the highest level of care and support throughout pregnancy.As Maternal fetal medicine (MFM) specialists, we work closely with parents-to-be, their families and medical team to guide high risk pregnancies in order to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Patient Services
Preconception and prenatal Consultation
We offer comprehensive counseling and consultation for individuals planning pregnancy, gestational carriers, and those with a history of high risk pregnancies or current complications.
Our goal is to help patients make informed decisions and receive the best care from the start of pregnancy to delivery.
Advanced Ultrasound & fetal screening
Our practice provides obstetric ultrasound imaging and interpretation for both low- and high-risk pregnancies. Using state-of-the-art ultrasound technology and fetal echocardiography, we carefully screen for fetal abnormalities, birth defect or evidence of genetic/inherited conditions.Additionally, we offer 3D/4D imagine for your family keepsake collection!
Genetic counseling & testing
We offer comprehensive genetic counseling, guiding patients through both non-invasive and invasive testing to assess the risk of genetic/chromosomal abnormalities.
In addition, we also offer carrier testing for those who desire testing in order to identify potential inherited conditions that could be passed on to their babies, ensuring families are well-informed about their reproductive health.
Medical offices & Hospital services
We accept referrals from all obstetric/women's health providers.
We also offer ultrasound interpretation services through telereads/reporting for practices that have in-house ultrasound services.***We partner with hospitals and healthcare systems of all sizes to extend MFM services to the communities by offering 24/7 on-call coverage for labor and delivery units.
This helps improve maternal levels of care designation while ensuring that patients receive specialized care within their communities.

Registration:
Once your appointment is scheduled, we will email you all the new patient forms. This allows you to complete your registration online from the comfort of your home before your visit!
This will help speed up your check-in and minimize your waiting time.
There's no need to print, fax, or email the forms; simply fill them out completely and submit them to us online!Company:
Patients can have a maximum of two (2) adults accompany them.
Children are not permitted in the exam/ultrasound rooms.Pets:
To ensure the health and safety of our patients, Perinatal Associates and Testing Center (PATC) enforces a No-Pets policy. This policy includes all pets, as well as emotional support, comfort, and therapy animals.
In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), PATC permits working service dogs to accompany our patients. These service animals are specifically trained to assist individuals with disabilities.
Service animals must be leashed or harnessed at all times, except when their tethering would hinder their ability to perform tasks. Please note that service animals are not allowed in the ultrasound exam rooms and must remain with a supervising adult in the lobby.
Visiting students
We offer 4-6 weeks observership/externship for students or recent medical school graduates who are interested in a career in OBGYN.
This rotation provides experience in antepartum diagnosis and management of high risk pregnancies.We will start accepting applications in January 2026!
